Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your engagement with RavGuard. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during active service engagements, incidents, or upon your request.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RavGuard is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving SMS messages.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Supported Carriers
