SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms governing SMS messaging from RavGuard Solutions.

RavGuard Solutions ("RavGuard," "we," "our," or "us") provides SMS messaging services to facilitate communication with clients and prospective clients regarding IT services, support, scheduling, and account-related matters.

By providing your mobile phone number to RavGuard Solutions, you consent to receive SMS messages in accordance with these Terms.

1. Types of Messages

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you may receive:

IT support ticket updates
Appointment confirmations and scheduling reminders
Service notifications and alerts
Account-related communications
Follow-up communication regarding requested services

RavGuard Solutions does not use SMS for affiliate marketing, third-party promotions, or unsolicited marketing campaigns.

2. Opt-In Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from RavGuard Solutions by:

Submitting your phone number through a website form
Requesting service or support and providing your number
Verbally agreeing to receive SMS communication
Initiating a text message conversation with us

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, with additional messages as needed for service-related or transactional communications.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. RavGuard Solutions is not responsible for carrier charges.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you opt back in by replying START.

7. Supported Carriers

SMS services are delivered through Microsoft Teams using Microsoft PSTN infrastructure. Delivery is subject to carrier availability. Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers.

Carrier participation is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

RavGuard Solutions LLC does not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share mobile information with service providers solely as necessary to deliver SMS communications and operate our messaging program.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
