Systems Administrator (Support)

Deliver reliable IT support and systems management for our managed services clients. You will handle endpoint management, administer Microsoft 365 tenants, serve as a Tier 2 escalation point, maintain documentation in IT Glue, and monitor client environments through NinjaOne RMM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
  • Windows Server and Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft 365 tenant administration
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise preferred)

  • 5+ years of network engineering experience
  • Fortinet FortiGate, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP experience

  • 4+ years of cloud infrastructure experience
  • Azure expertise (AZ-104 or AZ-305 preferred)
